Old Business/Continuing Business

Chris Beamer - 2010 NKP Convention dinner will have two meats. Next meeting is January 25.

Ruth Fuehring - Charlie Wise will do a plaque for the stringer around the Sandusky.

Earl Daniel - Three bids for fence - A fence committee was formed consisting of Earl Daniel, Chris Beamer and David Robinson. They will get with bid givers to get more information. The fence will replace the old chain link fence, and be more architecturally pleasing

New Business

Night photo session made MI Railroad club newsletter. Photo class at BSHS sent us pictures from when they were here.

Chris Beamer - the budget was passed out to the board to be acted upon at the February meeting. Quotes for the two signs were given to the board. Patti Gray moved and Ruth Fuehring seconded to go ahead with the signs work. Discussion followed. Motion carried.

Dennis Brandal - Events Calendar - May 15 - Armed Forces Day - dinner in diner; July 24 - wing cook - off - get festival permit; Sept. 18 - dinner in diner; Oct. - NKP convention - two breakfasts, lunch and cookout; Dec. 11 - dinner in diner.

Mike Todd - needs to know where the nativity set goes - in archives above gift shop.

Ruth Fuehring - original painting of the seven by Dale's Mom has been donated to the museum. Someone who had come into the gift shop said he had the history of the Mad River. Ruth read the manuscript. We can publish it if we want. Ruth will pursue.

David Robinson - Lincoln bell - do we still want Mario Leonard to build a case for it? The consensus of the board was yes. We need to send a letter to the city if we want the triangle of property where Wheeling tower was. Someone wants to buy the building we moved from Armstrong. David will see what he's willing to give for it. Room B needs to be put back together. Dean and Chris will be working on it. Passed out a list of the 2009 projects.
