BOD 2008

BOD Meeting Highlights

4/9/08 BOD Meeting Notes

  • First Farmers market is (was) May 24th, with a call for bake goods to sell.

As a follow up I was there and I thought it went very well. The support with bake goods was very good, and when I left at almost 11 we had sold about 3/4 of the contributed items. We have committed to three more times through out the summer. The Farmers market is the second and last Saturday through the summer.

  • Plans are being finalized for the painting of several cars this summer
  • The car show committee is on schedule with the plans to have another successful car show.
  • Bud Kryling reports that he has just about completed the new displays for the anniversary car and it should be ready for opening at the Fuehring re-dedication ceremonies.
  • There are no further developments on selling the Brooks engine.
