March - Before regular business was conducted, Rick Stegman- new Chamber of Commerce Director- addressed the Board and said he thinks the Museum is one of the best assets Bellevue has. There are many programs and activities being planned. There will be a meeting on March 31 at 8:00 a.m. at the City Center to put together a Community Master Calendar which will list activities of the various groups and organizations. Rick also discussed the "You are Here" signs to be put up at the various attractions and a coupon book for visitors use. There are activities being planned the week between Community Days through July 4-sidewalk sales, perhaps Bellevue day at Cedar Point, Pentagon U.S. Army Field Band to perform at the Jr. High on July 2.
Blake Kryling would like to have his Eagle Scout Project help the Museum. There was discussion concerning possibilities.
For Lyme School-spelldown plaques and Cedar point tickets for reading program. Fifth graders will tour the museum in May and will have pop and pizza afterward.
Patsy Beamer-Chuck Whermeister sent check for $500 earmarked for the Wheeling Tower and NS gave matching funds.
Dean Meese-can no longer spray weeds. We will receive various items from the Fostoria yards for display.
Ruth Fuehring- Moved that all profits from Events Committee undertakings go toward "Restore the Dome Fund". Motion was seconded by David Robinson. Motion carried.
Tom Lowrey-Asked by Peggy Wilson if we'd be interested in NSINW jackets and shot glasses. We will use them for raffles.

Milke- prices for things we want painted should be back in April.

Bob's Lawn Care will mow for this season. It was moved and approved for the mowing.
Perhaps we could thing about recycled plastic benches for "in memory of' long time members.

April - Blake Kryling met with David and he might rebuild the baggage cart for his Eagle Scout project.
Orville group would like to use the church instead of tents for their lunch on May 16.
Bud Kryling-passed around Volume I Issue 3 of the Caboose Cable.
When it warms up, he will put second coat of paint on the doors he painted in the Fall.
National Train Day will be held in Toledo on May 2 (actual date May 9). Dianne Stevens will represent the museum.

David Robinson - One prototype of the map signs is finished with some changes

Office ceiling fell down. It now has new ceiling and two new lights.
Watchman's Tower-Snavely hasn't come to fix yet.
Ruth and Mike were at master calendar meeting. Meetings are last Tuesday of the month.
Farmer's Market in June-public garage sale. Downtown businesses will decorate for July 4.
